My clear vision of the need for an advocate and trusted advisor when making the largest of life’s purchases helps buyers and sellers save time, money, and aggravation. It is a joy to service all my clients – first-time homebuyers, move up buyers, downsizing older adults, and seniors transitioning into community living. I wish I had discovered a career in real estate earlier in life. The path to the present has shaped who I am today and for that I am grateful.

Ashley Austin grew up in Cary, NC and attended Elon University (B.A.) and NC State University (M.Ed.). She worked in both K-12 and higher education prior to obtaining her real estate license and loves living in the Triangle with her husband, two kids, dog, and three cats.  When she’s not processing paperwork and showing houses, she volunteers as a Girl Scout leader and is an avid reader and crafter.

 Ashley handles contract paperwork during the process of selling/buying homes. Clients can expect to hear from Ashley mostly through email while filing and filling out contracts. If Freda is unavailable, Ashley may also take clients out showing houses.

Raised in Maine, Heather moved to the Seattle area for her college education, completing a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Early Childhood Education, before marrying a Cary-Native. She and her husband moved back to North Carolina to be closer to family and friends in June of 2019. She has eleven years experience of customer service and correspondence, having previously worked closely with parents and families in several private schools. Currently Heather and her husband live in Durham with their tiny dog, Camel. She enjoys playing board games and gardening.  

Heather works part time from 9 to 1, Monday through Friday. If you contact her outside of these hours during the weekdays, you should expect to hear back from her within 24-48 hours. If you contact her outside of the work week, you should expect to hear back from her on the next business day.
