Communities that foster social connection
At United Church Homes — The Polaris Community, your purpose is our purpose, and we invite you to engage curiously and wholeheartedly in creating the life you want. With a large list of attractive amenities and services, our new 55+ community caters to those who want the convenience of apartment living with included services that take carefree living to a new level.
Choose between multiple, spacious floor plans that range from studio to two bedrooms with patios or balconies. We’ve artfully used every inch of space to create an open and airy floor plan sprinkled with features that are both tasteful and practical.
We are not your average apartment complex. We understand that neighbors make a community a home. That’s why we make it easy to grab a cup of coffee in the bistro with friends or just relax and read a good book. You can enjoy a sumptuous meal in our restaurant-style dining room, then chat with friends in the pub or take in a movie in the theater, all just steps from your front door. Like staying active? Visit our fitness or inspiration studios to stretch your personal limits and explore your passions. Or go off campus to pursue other options. We’re located in the heart of one of the best shopping and entertainment districts in greater Columbus, close to dining, golf and many recreational and entertainment attractions. With our unique programs and premier location, the choice of what to do each day is endless, and entirely up to you.
