The skilled nursing secure memory care is designed for residents who need skilled care focused on Alzheimer’s and other dementia-rlated diseases. Our secure environment and caring staff help residents maintain their cognitive abilities to their fullest potential.

Rehabilitation Residents who need additional services after a hospital stay will have the comforts of home and care provided by our full-time team of physical, occupational, and speech therapist up to six days a week. Our therapists will design individualized care plans for each person. Outpatient services, pain management education, fall prevention, and comprehensive wound care are also available. Admissions are accepted 24/7.

Gary came to our rehab from the hospital after complications with a knee replacement. He enjoys tossing the balloon with Tony to help build his core strength and balance. The bike is a challenge, but Gary knows building strength in his upper and lower body will get him one step closer to home. Gary said the aides bend over backwards a BrookHaven and the therapy team is top notch!
We love being SMAs at Brookhaven because it is one big family. The staff loves and cares for the residents and each other. The hours are fantastic!
Being an activity coordinator is a great way to get to know the residents and learn their stories. I love providing activities that make them smile.
