Located in beautiful Bedford, the Bedford County Nursing Home is nestled in a quiet rural setting with views of Fallings Creek Park and the stunning Peaks of Otter.
We have a long, rich history woven into the fabric of the Community. We can trace our toots back to 1831 when the Nursing Home originally started as the County Poor Farm. Today, 90 Residents are living their best lives with long term care support services among an engaged and service orientated Team. Our unique design centers around a beautiful interior courtyard and bird watching. We are located adjacent to Falling Creek Park and have views of the Peaks of Otter. The Resident rooms are extra spacious and boast of a European bathroom. Therapy services are offered by Select Rehab. We are members of the American Health Care Association and Virginia Health Care Association.
