Since 1998, Our Lady of Perpetual Help has served Virginia Beach families with dedication, respect, and compassion.

Our community offers extensive assisted living, nursing care, and memory care provided by a friendly and experienced team.  We are a not-for-profit, nondenominational community sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond and open to people of all faiths and backgrounds.
