We are a nationally recognized VA-accredited claims agency whose mission is to assist Veterans and their Surviving Spouses in qualifying for the VA’s Aid and Attendance Benefit and numerous other benefits to assist with long-term care and senior living options.
If you are a veteran, or a widow of a veteran, who served during these wartime periods* and meet other requirements, you may be eligible for one of these benefit amounts to help pay for your or your widow’s care:

• MARRIED VETERAN ~ $2,431/mo.
• SINGLE VETERAN ~ $2,050/mo.
• WIDOW ~ $1,318/mo.

Offering a choice of Pro Bono (free) or paid services, depending on your wants and needs.
* You don’t need to have been in combat or served overseas*

• Options for Positioning and/or of Assets for Benefit Qualification.
• Benefit-Compliant Advice on Selling, Renting or Vacating Your Home.
• Our Elder Law Attorney Reviews Existing POA for End-Of-Life and Legacy Planning.
• Tracking of VA Claims by VA Claims Agent via Virtual VA and MapD Systems.
• Help in Getting Commercial or Community-Based Home Health Care Services.
• Assistance with Facility Placement Options
• Medicaid Planning and Application Process Support
