Garden Villa Homes are designed for those who want to maintain their active independence and enjoy spending time outside relaxing or tending to your own garden.
Our Apartments are designed for those who want to maintain their active independence while at the same time provide relief from housekeeping and heavy cooking if desired.
Our Apartments are licensed by the State of Ohio as a residential care facility designed for those who require some assistance with activities of daily living. These services are purchased and utilized on as as-need basis allowing for customized services to serve their unique, individual circumstances.
Our Assisted Living Apartments Include: • Fully equipped kitchen • All appliances, including washer and dryer • Walk-in shower and a separate bath tub • Individually controlled heating and air conditioning in each room of apartment • Resident Assistants available 24 hours a day • Emergency call response system • Three meals a day • Daily housekeeping services • Personal laundry services • Assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing
Health Care Center Apartments are private accommodations. designed for those requiring 24-hour nursing care, either on a short- or long-term basis. We are licensed by the State of Ohio and is Medicare and Medicaid certified.
Apartments Include: • 222 square-foot private accommodations • Fully furnished with bed nightstand, dresser, chair, and television • Emergency call response system
Daily Service Fee Includes: • Three meals a day • Daily housekeeping • Personal laundry services • Medication administration • Assistance with activities of daily living • Trained, state-certified aides available 24 hours a day • 24-hour nursing care • All utilities, including local phone and basic cable • Individually controlled heating and air conditioning • Maintenance of building and grounds • Support services provided by our Social Services department • Daily programs and activities • Scheduled, group transportation • Use a variety of comfortable community area
Western Reserve Masonic Community offers comprehensive rehabilitation services right on campus. We partner with HealthPRO® Heritage to provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services for our community members and the general public.
