We have our own on-site physical, occupational, speech, respiratory therapists and subonone medication assisted therapy.  Our staff is dedicated to each personalized patient’s expectations.  Dr. Serota is our Medical Director, Guidestar Eldercare is a specialty medical group that provides bedside care to neurocognitively imparied residents and our substance use services are Ray of Hope and DeCoach. We offer an environment which encourages independence, creativity, and personal growth. We accept adults of all ages and are Medicare and Medicaid certified.

What makes Mountain Crest Ventilator Care different?  Our dedicated 9 patient pulmonary Ventilator Care unit includes an interdisciplinary team of dedicated respiratory therapists and nursing staff with decades of experience.  We take pulmonary rehab to another level.  We are the only program of its kind conveniently located in Westwood neighbor of Cincinnati, Ohio.  The unit is designed uniquely with comfort and safety in mind.  All our patients enjoy private room accommodations and state of the art ventilator/concentrator equipment.
