Condo was very clean, floor plan was well thought out, nice size rooms. No food. LaDonna, the person showing the condo was very courteous, helpful, and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the property. She was able to answer all our questions and made us feel very comfortable.

We have been to a place called Mon Abri. It's very nice. It's a pretty high end and upscale place. They don't have a dining room; it's strictly independent living. They have a clubhouse, which I liked. The apartments are small, but very nice. Also it's gated. It's a very nice place. The apartments are a little bit small, but it is doable. They're mostly just two-bedroom apartments. The staff was very nice.

The staff members at Mon Abri are very wonderful, very nice, very kind, and very compassionate. My room is beautiful and it overlooks the lake. We make our own food. They have an exercise room, a clubhouse, and a safe room to protect you against tornados. They have activities outside, they go for seniors dinners, they have an exercise room, and they have people come in and do chair yoga and different exercises at no cost.
