Short term care
The Durham Regent is an established and vibrant retirement community, centrally located minutes away from Duke University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Our community is surrounded by the vast number of educational, cultural, ethnic and athletic opportunities the Durham-Chapel Hill area provides. Nationally-recognized medical services, as well as a variety of churches, shopping centers, malls and golf courses are conveniently located nearby.
Just a short distance away are Raleigh and Greensboro, and the famous beaches of the Atlantic Coast region are only two hours away. Our residents are actively involved in the Durham community in areas such as the Red Cross, Seniors Helping Seniors program, serving meals to the volunteers of Habitat for Humanity, and assisting at the Ronald McDonald House and local soup kitchens.
The friendly, personable staff, wonderful residents and active lifestyles are much of what makes the Durham Regent special. Add to that live-in managers available to assist you 24/7, and our in-house chef preparing three sumptuous meals from scratch each day, and you’re home! So come to the Durham Regent for a visit and stay!
Typically the cost of independent living will fall between $1500-$6200 a month dependent on community location, amenities and services offered.
