Along with Short-Term Care and Long-Term Care, we offer Memory Care units for individuals experiencing memory loss or suffering from another form of dementia-related illness in a secure environment. Residents can take a relaxing walk around the pond feeding ducks or stop in at the Lake Nina restaurant for a delicious meal. Residents who prefer to stay indoors or on rainy days can take advantage of our activities department, which works diligently to provide a wide variety of daily activities.

Services and Amenities
When Ms. Lisa A. arrived at CareCore at Lakeridge following a fall and resulting lower leg fracture, she knew she was in good hands. The entire therapy department was ready to help Ms. Lisa improve and meet her goals! They worked closely on strength, mobility, range of motion, ambulation, and everyday activities to return her to her previous level of independence. Through hard work and determination, Ms. Lisa is returning home once more. When asked about her experience, she stated, “I liked everyone in here. I had fun and it helped me to get back on my feet. I will be thinking about you all when I leave. I love every one of you!
