It offers dementia-friendly menus, small dining rooms, individualized dining assistance, a supportive environment, and consistent seating arrangements. We are just minutes from some of the state’s finest restaurants, parks, and shopping. Situated just minutes from The Palladium and the Arts & Design District in Carmel, we are tucked away on a quiet street in a peaceful, neighborhood setting.

We are experts in all types of dementia care, including but not limited to Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body, Frontal Lobe, Pick’s Disease and alcohol-induced dementia.
Our community has an open neighborhood concept, each of which features a kitchenette, common living space and a cluster of suites that surround the common area of each neighborhood. Each neighborhood is open to a open, circular pathway that leads to other neighborhoods, common areas, and outdoor courtyard, and multiple points of activity. Maintaining familiar daily routines is important for our Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory care residents.
Physical and behavioral needs, as well as life history each play integral roles. Each resident receives and individualized service plan designed to meet their unique needs and to help them feel safe, while adding meaning to their day. Through our Daily Path program, our staff is able to provide a gentle structure to each day that targets specific needs of those with Alzheimer’s and various types and levels of dementia. Each resident’s Daily Path uses their individual preferences and life history to ensure engagement, stimulation, and daily moments of success.
