I cannot thank enough, Ashley Poulos, for all her assistance, reassurance, empathy, and compassion during a difficult time for my family. My family found itself having to look into a memory care facility for one of our siblings and Ashleigh at Lansdowne was one of many communities on our list to tour. Ashley Poulos met with me, answered any questions I had at that time, and answered multiple questions I had after the fact via email. She made herself available throughout the process of determining if this was the right fit for us and our sibling, even scheduling multiple tours of the community at our request.
