    Help with medical care

With today’s shorter hospital stays, more and more people are benefitting from the expert, compassionate services of Duke Home Health and Duke Home Infusion. Duke’s home health services offer nursing services, rehabilitation services, social work, or nutritional assistance, and infusion (therapies delivered intravenously).

Duke Hospice provides comfort and support to patients who have exhausted their curative options. A team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and bereavement counselors care for patients in their home, health care facility, or Duke Hospice’s inpatient facilities in Hillsborough and Durham. Duke staff is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to serve your needs as you recover from illness or injury in the comfort of your own home.

Duke HomeCare and Hospice is accredited by the Joint Commission. This accreditation is given only to organizations that have demonstrated that they meet the highest standards in their field.
