My family is beyond happy with the care that our mom is receiving. We needed to make a somewhat quick decision over the Summer, to get mom into a secured care facility, and we found Victorian at Riverside. The employees are amazing! They have daily activities for the residents and all of the ladies seem happy and well-taken care of. I visit frequently and volunteer when I can, and I am always happy to see the residents out of their rooms, smiling and socializing with each other...exactly what we wanted for our mom. This place is a hidden gem and if you are looking for a trustworthy care facility for someone, you should consider Victorian at Riverside

As a volunteer with a senior friend who resides at The Covington Ladies Home, I can say from personal experience that this is one of the most caring, person-centered residences I've encountered. That's based on my weekly experience there and my friend's daily experience for over 5 years. My observation is that each staff member is valued because they value the women they serve. The longevity of many staff members who have made their careers at The Victorian at Riverside is a testament to the positive environment they create for residents.
