Harmony Court Rehab and Nursing
Harmony Court Rehab and Nursing offers short or long-term, palliative, and respite stays. We are conveniently located off I-75 serving the Greater Cincinnati area. We have a dedicated staff of professionals that deliver quality care to your family member. Our medical services work with each resident and family from admission to discharge to ensure a safe and supported return home and/or transition to long-term care.
Activities
We have a 7-day week program, offering a variety of therapeutic and diversified activities and spiritual services to meet the needs an interest of each resident.
Ventilator Program
Our staff is educated and trained to handle all of your ventilator needs. We provide care for chronic ventilator needs and tracheostomy needs for both short-term and long-term placement. Our vent residents are monitored under the care of an RT on staff, as well as the Pulmonologist, Dr. Stephen Major.
Dialysis on-site provided by DaVita
As part of our commitment to provide our residents with the best care in quality of life, we now offer DaVita dialysis out our facility. This means residents on dialysis can dialyze conveniently can comfortably- with no more trips to the dialysis center.
