Communities that foster social connection
Our senior living communities are a part of a larger healthcare campus, called Scioto Community, which offers a full continuum of care for seniors. Our vision is to lead the senior healthcare industry by providing solutions that help seniors age on their own terms. We know that all starts at home with senior housing.
Welcome home! We are a 55 plus retirement community offering independent living for seniors looking to enjoy easy living in the security of a gated community in a country-like setting conveniently located in the southeast corner of Columbus. The Villas of Scioto offer ranch-style living including attractive open floor plans with vaulted ceilings, spacious kitchens, two-story foyers, two bedrooms, two baths, inviting sunrooms and private patios. The Villas are tucked away in a beautiful residential community close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and sporting activities on the campus of Scioto Community.
Capital Health Care Network takes pride in providing independent living for seniors in safe, serene settings where the concept of community is still celebrated!
“My parents moved into The Villas of Scioto in October 2018. Their condo is roomy and very nice! When we initially met with them, the staff was very patient and helpful. They spent all the time we needed answering questions and took us on a thorough tour of the facility. It’s been a nice place for my parents to call home!”
“Charles and I have lived here for 5 1/2 years. The new staff has been very responsive and cooperative in meeting any need we would have here in our home. The Villas are very spacious and best of all this community is pet friendly. If I couldn’t have brought our cat, Noel, I would not have moved here. Some of the benefits of living here include walks around the pond, ability to participate in all campus activities, and we can even request a meal to be delivered from the main kitchen on campus. Many of our neighbors have become good friends…it’s a wonderful place to live.”
“My wife and I moved to the Villas of Scioto 4 years ago. We wanted attractive, maintenance-free living in a supportive community near my son. We have enjoyed the Villas very much. The homes are well built, well maintained, and the neighborhood is welcoming. Extra services are available for future needs as this is a full health care campus. We love it and encourage anyone to come take a look! You won’t be disappointed.”
“I moved into the Villas 2 months ago and it fits all my needs. It’s a quiet, comfortable environment. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful! It’s been a good move for me!”
Typically the cost of independent living will fall between $1500-$6200 a month dependent on community location, amenities and services offered.
