Dominion Senior Living of Florence is a personal care and memory care community located near Merchants Square in Florence, Kentucky. Our community includes a courtyard with picnic areas, games, walking paths, and sensory gardens. We have 60 apartments – with two bedroom, one bedroom, and studio floorplans – all designed specifically for our senior residents’ needs. The Dominion Difference in caring for seniors is what sets our community apart.
Personal care is perfect for seniors who enjoy independence but need help with the activities of daily living and medication management. Our team at our personal care facilities in Kentucky create person-centered, personalized care for each resident. Team members are available 24-hours a day to support residents. We have activities like dressing, bathing, medication reminders, and coordination of transportation and health services.
Our personal care homes in Kentucky offer a respectful, dignified, and loving alternative for seniors who do not require intensive, skilled nursing care.
Our caregivers are trained in one of the most comprehensive, compassionate and evidence-based programs available. This provides you, your loved one and your family with the latest behavioral, environmental and programming strategies that deliver the best care. This means more safety and engagement for your loved one and more quality time for you.
It’s hard to be there 24/7 for someone. Maybe you need a break, have a work trip, or even a vacation. You can entrust your loved one with us and have confidence that they are well taken care of at one of our Dominion Senior Living communities. This form of short-term care allows your loved one to stay with us for a day or even a couple of weeks!
$4,051 is the national monthly average cost of Assisted Living, as quoted by the 2019 Genworth Cost of Care Survey. Personal Care cost will track closely with Assisted Living cost.
