We provide Assisted Living and Memory Care to seniors in a modern, well-maintained residential home that has been renovated to accommodate the needs of aging seniors. Due to the smaller population and higher caregiver-to-resident ratio at our family care home, seniors enjoy a more intimate senior living experience. While our higher caregiver-to-resident ratio, customized care, and smaller, more intimate settings are all preferable, the quality of our caregivers’ one-on-one loving care truly sets us apart from other senior living options. Unlike large senior communities, Avendelle Assisted Living at Southpoint treats our residents like family and place a high premium on their quality of life and living each day to the fullest.

Our staff is knowledgeable, well-trained, professional, and compassionate with seniors. We cultivate friendships and prioritize learning about each resident’s needs, preferences, levels of comfort, and abilities, enabling us to tailor a personal care plan to their schedule.
