Community Offerings

Liberty communities have been designed for active seniors who have high expectations for living life to the fullest and on their own terms. The lifestyles are filled with fabulous amenities and an abundance of activities for promoting physical, mental, social, educational, and spiritual well-being. We have specifically designed and/or acquired communities that are able to offer our residents whole-person wellness, distinctive dining, life enrichment, and top-class amenities and services. With the active senior in mind, Liberty has even opened an active adult division with its first community under construction in Myrtle Beach, SC. 

When and if your care needs change, you can easily take advantage of our communities that offer assistance with daily living in state-of-the-art, home-like settings with some also offering licensed skilled nursing services. We also provide ancillary services including home health, hospice, in-patient short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and outpatient services to residents in many of our communities – as well as seniors living outside of our communities. Our communities offer a diverse range of community and service options that can be adaptable to changes and trends over time and more importantly, meet the changing needs of our residents.

Whole-Person Wellness

One of the core values at Liberty Senior Living Communities is whole-person wellness. We encourage all of our residents to participate in activities that help them maintain their highest functional abilities. In fact, many would tell you that their fitness levels and overall wellness improved once they made the move to a Liberty community.

Our wellness facilities and equipment are state-of-the-art; our certified wellness instructors conduct both land and water classes, as well as training on the stationary equipment. Classes such as yoga, tai chi, water aerobics, and even line dancing are tailored to residents’ skill level. 

Distinctive Dining

We offer distinctive dining and a remarkable range of culinary choices at our communities for residents and their guests. From a quick bite in our casual dining area or a pub night for drinks and small plates, to a fine dining experience with friends, our communities offer it all. The various venues are designed to create an environment that fosters social engagement and the menus afford residents a wide range of dining experiences while providing nutritional choices important to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 

Life Enrichment

Wellness is not just about physicality. We know that engagement and socialization are critical to everyone’s sense of well-being, as isolation can diminish the immune system and have other negative impacts on physical and emotional health.

The life enrichment opportunities at our communities complement our physical wellness programming and are designed for stimulation in all areas of health and wellness: social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, occupational (sense of purpose), and environmental.

Amenities and Services

Many of our communities have a fully equipped gym, day spa/salon, and a saltwater pool with a hot tub. There are also a range of dining venues, living rooms and libraries, as well as various meeting, card, and game rooms. Most communities even include an art studio. In addition to the peace of mind that onsite security and emergency response provide, residents have weekly housekeeping services with all maintenance and landscaping handled by the community.
