Services and Amenities
“I came directly from the hospital to The Forum after a cervical fusion as I needed respite care. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my experience was. The staff was awesome. The residents knew me from day one and were so friendly. And the food! Let’s just say that I haven’t gotten on the scale yet! From the visit before my surgery till I walked out the door yesterday it could have not been better. It was a very wise decision to go there!”
“Outstanding team of people!”
“My parents have been residents of The Forum for only a month. In that month we have discovered that the best thing about The Forum is the quality of the people who work there. Yes, my parents have a beautiful apartment, yes, the food is 5 star plus but it is the kindness, consistency and loving attitude shown my parents that have won our entire family over. After over a year of really worrying that they were no longer safe at home, our only regret is not moving them sooner.”
“Our experience at The Forum Staff has been very positive. The entire Staff is clean, friendly, attentive and really caring towards all the residents. Our family is very happy and satisfied with the entire experience for our brother who resides at the Form. THANK YOU ALL.”
Typically the cost of independent living will fall between $1500-$6200 a month dependent on community location, amenities and services offered.
