The building is in East Price Hill's Incline District, the up and coming "young Gaslight District" where there are embraced values like a local coffee house (Bloc Coffee), restaurant (Incline Public House), theatrical plays (Warsaw Federal Incline Theater), plenty of art-affiliated organizations, and a cherished city view, so the location is great. The staff are friendly, informative, and prompt when called upon. The maintenance workers are plesant and fix issues quickly. It is relatively clean, and the apartment + building has all the amenities one would need.
