Elm Manor offers affordable senior apartments in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. Our purpose is to provide an affordable, pleasing home for those 62 and over.

Persons wishing to reside at Elm Manor must have an adjusted income which does not exceed federally established income limits for the Roanoke area. The amount paid for rent, including a utility allowance, will not exceed 30% of an eligible resident’s adjusted income.

Elm Manor is an attractively designed, elevator-equipped community offering studio and one-bedroom apartments with kitchens, ovens, and refrigerators. Residents furnish their apartments with favorite personal belongings.

A full-time Service Coordinator is available to all residents.  A Service Coordinator’s role is to help coordinate the provision of supportive services to assist residents in maintaining their health and independent lifestyle. They manage and provide access to supportive services in the community, provide case management services as needed, and develop programs to promote wellness to the entire resident population.
