Ahepa 113-Senior Living is subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Monthly rent is calculated after qualification. The resident portion of the rent will not exceed 30% of your adjusted gross monthly income or 10% of your monthly gross income, whichever is greater.
